We work with many referral sources including mortgage brokers, loan officers, bankers, CPAs, financial planners, lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents, and property managers. In many cases, it makes more sense to partner with us on a Co-Broker arrangement and let us handle the processing, underwriting, placing, legal, and servicing aspects of our hard money loans. Here are the simple steps to Co-Broker a hard money loan with us:
- Click Apply Now and submit your hard money loan request.
- We will contact you immediately to discuss your borrower’s loan request.
- We will send you a Co-Broker Agreement for your review and signature after the loan request is approved for underwriting.
- We will schedule a conference call with you and the borrower to serve once we receive the signed Co-Broker agreement.
- We will work with the borrower to process and underwrite the loan. (See loan process to get an idea of our steps)
- We will arrange for the legal documents to be drawn up and schedule a close date.
- Loan closes and funds—You get paid!
A typical commission for a referring Co-Broker is around 20% of our collected fee. Our fee ranges from 2%-4% depending on the type of loan and risk level. Commissions are always paid once the loan closes and funds.
