A: We are an private lending firm specializing in processing, underwriting, and placing hard money loans with our elite group of real estate lenders.
A: We have a very experienced team who will process and underwrite short-term hard money (and bridge) loans for professional builders, borrowers, rehabbers, and developers.
A: One of the major benefits of working with our firm is that we have a large network of private lenders with an appetite for all types of properties. We have underwritten and placed private loans on apartments, office buildings, self storage units, car washes, single family residences (non-homestead), and raw land.
A: Our firm is a one of kind consulting and services firm in that we provide loan packaging services unique to the private lending industry. This means that our borrowers will work directly with our firm through all phases of the loan process. Our front-end experts will discuss the loan request with the borrower to see if it’s a fit. Next, we will process the request and take it to our private loan committee to see if it should proceed to underwriting. Once approved for underwriting, we keep the loan with our in-house underwriters. Finally, once approved by underwriting, we place the loan with one of our 221 private lenders. After the loan is placed, we have our affiliate partner service the loan in house. This is a very unique and exclusive service package that we offer our borrowers.

A: Yes, but it’s not necessarily a deal killer by itself. Because our vast network of private lenders, we can place loans for borrowers with less than perfect credit scores as long as there are other key underwriting variables that offset it. This is done on a case by case basis and subject to final lender approval.
